Nisqually Radio Host Agreement.

This is an agreement between Marcella Zengota (d/b/a Nisqually Radio,) hereafter designated as "Nisqually Radio": And ________________________________________ herafter degignated as "Host".

This agreemnt may be canceled by Nisqually Radio at any time without prior notice at it's discretion.

Host acknowledges that at least 24 hours advance notice is to be given to Nisqually Radio prior to Host not being availble for their scheduled show (internet broadcast.) Host further acknowledges that a liability may incure if Nisqually Radio is not informed of the Host's inability to stream their show as scheduled.

Host agrees to broadcast only works (music prose etc.) for which Nisqually Radio has a signed agreement with the copyright holders. Host hereby acknowledes that the copyright of Hosta shows belongs to Nisqually Radio.

Hosts acknowledge that their experience of producing a streaming show for Nisqually Radio is due consideration in exchange for any services performed for Nisqually Radio. Hosts further acknowledge that their services are given without expectation of wage or salery.

Host promises to refrain from using offensive, racist, or exclusively adult language. Host further agrees to refrain from suggesting any harm to groups or individuals. Host acknoweldeges that there may be legal consequences or liabililty associated with inapropriate material on their streaming broadcasts. Should the Host be in doubt, material may be submited at least a week in advance to Nisqually Radio, who will then advise the Host.

Should any dispute arise between Host and Nisqually Radio, Nisqually Radio shall be held harmless.
